Hacía un par de días nomás que había llegado de Buenos Aires a Berlín y decidí probar la pizzería italiana cerca de casa por el Boxi. Pedí una cuatro quesos y me quedé esperando entre sorbos de cerveza y charla. Todo iba tranquilo hasta que se produjo uno de los primeros choques culturales por los que pasé en esta ciudad. El mozo me había la pizza, una para cada uno, en su plato, enorme, finita y con poca grasa. Definitivamente estaba muy lejos de Buenos Aires.
Con el tiempo fui descubriendo las variedades y sutilezas de la comida italiana en la cual el queso de una región o de otra puede cambiarlo todo.
Asistir a los eventos de True Italian ha servido como un curso introductorio a estas recetas diferentes y fuera de programa de pizzerías como Güerrín o Kentucky. (GÜE).
No todo es pizza
Los tanos tienen una cosa con la comida. La madre y las recetas son sagradas. Y es que una vez que probaste una verdadera comida italiana con los ingredientes correctos casi que no hay vuelta atrás.
Las 72hs de Comida Italiana de True Italian es la oportunidad para darse una maratón de buena comida. El evento dura del 29 de marzo hasta el 1 de abril en la noche.
